"An Act relating to regulation of managed care insurance plans;               
amending Rule 602, Alaska Rules of Appellate Procedure; and                    
providing for an effective date."                                              
                                                                               
                                                                               
Representative Rokeberg moved and asked unanimous consent that                 
CSHB 211(FIN) am be returned to second reading for the specific                
purpose of considering Amendment No. 5.                                        
                                                                               
Objection was heard and withdrawn.  There being no further objection,          
CSHB 211(FIN) am was returned to second reading.
